INVESTMENT STAGE.
Technically we are stage agnostic as our members have different investment strategies and financial means, but we typically favour early stage rounds as this allows for a more balanced portfolio.
We generally do not back pre-product companies.
We can lead rounds and/or syndicate investments with other investors including Venture Capital funds.
INVESTMENT SIZE.
Typically €100,000 - €750,000, with the capacity to invest significantly more on an adhoc basis when we syndicate.

Semiconductors, BioTech, Cleantech, MedTech, Life Sciences, and generally any business that is not cash efficient.
No two companies are the same, and similarly no funding process is totally identical to another.

INVESTMENT PACK & FIRST CONTACT
Use the form on this page to enter your full details and an application for investment, including full details of the business, along with your investor documentation / pack. We will typically review and revert within 48 hours (2 business days).
TELEPHONE CALL & INTRO MEETING.
If interested in pursuing the conversation, we will then arrange a call and/or a meeting to review your documents and data points together. Our Analyst will use those to run through our internal Due Diligence process and assess a potential fit, which shall take a few days (the better detailed the documentation pack the quicker he can complete this stage).
Should the analysis prove positive we will produce an internal investment sheet, contact our members and seek confirmations of interest. You may expect another round of meetings and/or investor presentations as they may wish to see you and your team in person.
TERM SHEET
Upon receiving positive feedback from investor member(s) we will prepare and produce a formal TLC term sheet. Our template has been especially designed to be entrepreneur-friendly, written in plain English and void of all common rogue VC nasties.
INVESTMENT PROCESS.
Once agreed and signed, the term sheet will be circulated and counter-signed and circulated to our members for investment. Depending on the number of investors in the round and the complexity of the agreement a final signature of all documentation and payment can be expected can be expected in a few weeks (days for very small transactions).
